The magpie has settled in well (think he will be part of the family for a long while!) He loves playtime and being tickled! His favourite toy is a pom pom!
We removed the last of his dressing today - but he is still hoppy!
The other bird we have, I found on the shearing shed floor. It still had its eyes closed and no feathers, a pink blob with a big mouth! Well she has settled in and is living up to her species name, feral! She is a livewire and gets into all types of mischief, so she goes into a cage between feeds now. She even teases the magpie!
