We have a baby magpie in our care! He was blown out of a tree in the winds. He has a broken leg, ably set by Karen using the inside of a plastic syringe and red electrical tape! We are trying to think of names for him! Maybe peg leg pete, pirate, lucky ...any ideas?The renovations are still progressing...slowly! Everything is half done, we have half a kitchen, the laundry cupboards are half in, the gyprockers are half finished, the new cedar windows are half done!
Chris and I escaped to Sydney last weekend. We attended Jim Z's 50th birthday party and Dyan's 16th! A party weekend!
