We went to Collits' Inn to try their Degustation menu last Friday night (for my birthday) . http://www.collitsinn.com.au/
The french feast was delicious (all seven courses, including two desserts), the atmosphere was incredible, the inn was built in 1823. The next time we go, we will stay the night, like all the other diners!
