We bought a semi trailer load of hay this year! Mainly because we have had hardly any rain during our peak growing period and we want to make sure we have feed during winter! It is hay made from a failed oat crop - excellent hay for us, but the poor crop farmer wouldn't get near as much for the hay that he would have go from his seed oats.
